This year, ArchiFest looks at the notion of COMMON SPACES. We are curious of how the nature of shared spaces and experiences are shaped by conditions of our current global environment. This subject is examined in three key aspects of common spaces – our physical surrounding, media and virtual space and our psychological one.

MUSIC PIECE FOR I LIGHT MARINA BAY FESTIVAL - SINGAPORE
To complete the experience around the Lighting Art Installation for the I Light Marina Bay Festival in Singapore, Felipe Perez Santiago, a talented and renown Composer, created a music piece.
The waves and movement of light of the installation have been designed according to this piece of music, sometimes echoing, sometimes counter-balancing.
A vibrant and unique experience!

The 26 light artworks of i Light Marina Bay are placed across 3.5km of Marina Bay to make up the Light Walk.
The first major light art event in Asia, the Festival is set to become the regional platform for the exchange of ideas and technology, artistic expression and public engagement through beautiful light art works with intelligent light usage. A key component of the Festival is the participation of both local and international light artists and designers who have created new, site-specific works addressing the theme of people, place and time.
